Use of the FLICA Mobile App is available to all crew members with Mobile Access.

Tap the arrows in the navigation bar or swipe your finger from right to left to see the next duty period (left to right to see the previous duty period).


View Crew on Pairing (if available):

Tap the “people” icon on the navigation bar.


Return to Schedule View:

Tap the “calendar” icon on the navigation bar.

Frequency of Schedule Updates:

Make your selection from periodic or never.


Number of Schedules to Save:

You can choose how many schedules your device retains (3 – 12).


If Multiple Users Exist – Prompt for Profile:

This feature will require the user to select the appropriate profile upon each start of the application.

Quick Tips/Help for User Profiles

Create a New User Profile:

Tap the “Add New Profile” button and enter in the new employee User ID and Password.


Delete a Profile:

Swipe your finger across the profile you wish to delete. The buttons for Delete and Cancel will appear. Tap the corresponding button.
